Welcome to MAPDArebate.com, the online portal of the MAPDA Rebate Program. This program is funded by the National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA) and aims to help heating oil companies upgrade their customers to new, higher efficiency heating oil equipment.
The process is easy! To receive your rebate reimbursement, all you need to do is fill out the form below, upload the proof of work such as an invoice, upload your W-9 if you haven’t already submitted a rebate before, and submit. The rebate will be processed and NORA will send your reimbursement check in just a few weeks.
New Information Required: All equipment rebate submissions must include the Make, Model and Age of the equipment being replaced as well as information about the presence of a tankless coil, indirect water heater or neither for heating oil boiler replacements. All other required information remains the same. Please be sure to capture this important information during the equipment replacement process to ensure your rebate requests are approved.
